Biography

Milad is a fine artist living in North Vancouver, BC. Born in 1988, he began his artistic journey at the age of six when his parents recognized his talent and enrolled him in art classes. Growing up in Tehran, Iran, Milad spent his childhood creating artworks, with creativity always being a significant part of his life.

This passion only grew stronger during high school, where he studied Graphic Design while actively pursuing his interests in painting and sculpting. At the age of 12, he won first place in an art competition in miniature model making, marking the beginning of his recognition in the art world. By the age of 15, he had his first exhibition, launching his successful career. To date, he has participated in over 30 exhibitions, showcasing a wide diversity of fine art.

Milad studied Graphic Design at the University of Tehran, where he earned his bachelor's degree, and continued his fine art studies at the Emily Carr University of Art and Design.

His art reflects nature, emotions, and peace using materials like clay, wood, and paint. He creates pieces exploring culture and self-discovery, especially in his detailed miniature models.

With 15 years of experience in children's art, Milad enjoys teaching and inspiring creativity in young students, helping them express their artistic visions. As an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists (FCA), he contributes to the artistic community and enriches the cultural landscape. His work beautifies spaces and encourages reflection, fostering a sense of belonging and showcasing the power of art to reflect our shared human experience.
